Cottage Availability and Booking Request

To make a booking you should follow these steps after reading our terms and conditions.

Step 1

Check the availability of a cottage on our availability page.

Step 2

Make a booking request by e-mail, phone or fax from our contact page.

Step 3

Receive confirmation of availability from us by phone or e-mail. (usually within 12 hours)

Step 4

Pay your deposit of one-third the total cost by debit/credit card by phone, 01239 613712 or post a cheque to us. (see our terms and conditions). Payments should be accompanied by a completed booking form which can be emailed, faxed or posted to us. We will hold the booking for 7 days to allow time for the deposit to arrive.

Booking forms are available in the following formats:

• Adobe Acrobat (PDF)

Step 5

Receive booking confirmation. Once we have received your deposit we will confirm the booking with you and your booking will then show as taken. The balance of your payment is due on arrival for your holiday.
