Cottage Availability and Booking RequestTo make a booking you should follow these steps after reading our terms and conditions. Step 1Check availability of a cottage by clicking a link below and an availability calendar will open in a new window. (To avoid confusion, we suggest you close one calendar before opening another!). Dates in Red are booked. Dates in White are probably* available. * Please note: although we update our calendars daily, booking requests awaiting confirmation (by the receipt of a deposit) show as available, as do bookings confirmed within the last few hours. So there is a small chance that your chosen dates might already have been booked. Step 2Make a booking request by e-mail, phone or fax from our contact page. Step 3Receive confirmation of availability from us by phone or e-mail. (usually within 12 hours) Step 4Send your deposit of one-third the total cost to us by post (see our terms and conditions) along with a completed booking form. We will hold the booking for 7 days to allow time for the deposit to arrive. Booking forms are available in the following formats:
The form should be posted along with your deposit to; Lynne Mansfield, Step 5Receive booking confirmation. Once we have received your deposit we will confirm the booking with you and your booking will then show as taken. The balance of your payment is due on arrival for your holiday.
