Dog friendly holiday cottages at Canllefaes Ganol, West Wales
If the idea of being able to take your dog on holiday sounds good then why not bring him with you to Canllefaes Cottages? At Canllefaes your dog will be welcome so there’s no need to pay high kennel fees. We charge just £25 per animal, per week.
We do ask that you bring your dog a bed so that he will stay off the furniture. Dogs can’t be left in the cottage alone but there are plenty of places locally that you can take your dog. Those local beaches which allow dogs though the summer are listed in your cottage. There are pubs with beer gardens around that also accept dogs.
Canllefaes cottages are surrounded by fields at the end of our own private lane, about 250 metres from the A487 Cardigan to Aberaeron road, just outside the village of Penparc. This location is ideal for exploring the mountains, beaches and countryside of this beautiful part of West Wales.
Canllefaes Ganol was a farmstead that has existed in some form since the 12th century. The ancient buildings have been tastefully converted into attractive cottages, with great care taken to preserve and enhance the beams, stonework and traditional features..
The cottages range in size sleeping from two people in a one bedroom cottage to eight people in a four-bedroom cottage. Two of the cottages have been designed for people with mobility problems (see the Access Statement on each indiviual cottage page). An outdoor heated swimming pool is available from May to September, weather permitting.
